How do I place an order?
You may order directly from any product page on our website at www.viandalife.com, with the assurance that your personal information is secure. To order by phone, simply call 1-877-VIANDA4, Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM EST, to speak one-on-one with a knowledgeable Wellness Consultant.
How will my order ship?
Your Vianda order will be shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS, unless an expedited delivery service has been requested.
How can I cancel or update an order I placed online?
To cancel or change an order, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-866-834-1715 Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM EST or email at customer.care@viandalife.com.
What is your return/refund policy?
Your Vianda purchase is backed by our 60 Day Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply call Vianda’s Customer Care Department at 1-866-834-1715, Monday - Friday from 10AM - 4PM EST, to arrange for a refund, less shipping and handling, for any package returned within 60 days of your ship date.
How does your website protect my privacy?
This website recognizes the IP addresses of visitors, but not their email addresses. Individually identifiable email addresses are not captured or stored unless they are provided by the visitor. Persons who communicate with Vianda, and supply us with an email address, may receive future communications by email. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Vianda Gift Cards are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the purchase date. Any unused balance on the gift card will remain valid until redeemed or the gift card has expired, whichever occurs first. When the gift card is used, the balance on the gift card must be used in full before another method of payment can be used to complete the payment. Gift cards may not be used to purchase or pay for other gift cards. Vianda reserves the right to dishonor the gift card, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary. The gift card will not be replaced if damaged, lost, or stolen. Vianda reserves the right to amend, change, and/or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time. The gift card is only valid for purchases of Vianda brands with Vianda, and its affiliated websites. The use and redemption of Vianda’s gift cards are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
